As a serial entrepreneur and former CTO, I've built and exited tech companies while learning what makes engineering teams truly effective. My journey from math graduate to startup founder taught me to quickly analyze complex systems and find pragmatic solutions.
Now I rewire development teams to become Gen-AI native, integrate AI tools into their workflows and assess the real state, value and potential of software, AI and deep-tech products, technology and teams.
When I'm not diving deep into technological innovation or coaching teams, you'll find me engaged in what my wife calls "trying too hard to get in shape" and what my children describe as an excessive obsession with healthy food. My ideal day involves mountain adventures, fresh powder for skiing, and ending with a good book - unless there's an elegant solution to a complex problem that needs solving first.
